No one tool will be a perfect match for you, so I adopt, adapt and blend them to tailor effective programmes and workshops to meet your specific needs.

Do note with me that it is never about the profile, or survey or ‘box’ that some people like to put themselves others in; it is always about an insightful start to a powerful and dynamic coaching conversation and experience to open your awareness of what’s possible and what’s useful. I know I will be a student of my own profiles for life!
